Terms & Conditions
1. The Delhi Urban Workshop will manage and conduct all aspects of the Workshop specified under the provisions entitled “What is Included” above.
2. The Delhi Urban Workshop will not be liable for:
a. Any damage to, or loss of property or injury to, or death of participants directly or indirectly caused by the actions of any provider of services to the Workshop, including operators of vehicles or accommodations.
b. Any loss or damage caused by delay, cancellation, or disruption resulting from governmental laws, regulations, acts or failures to act; demands, orders, or interventions of any government body or any subdivision or agent; or by acts of God, strikes, demonstrations, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, quarantine, epidemics, theft or any other causes beyond their control.
c. Damage or theft of baggage and personal belongings
3. The amount paid by the registrant to the Workshop shall constitute the maximum liability for any and all claims against the Workshop.
4. If the Workshop is cancelled the refund of any amounts already paid by the registrant shall constitute a full settlement of any claims against the Workshop.
5. By registering for a place in the Delhi Urban Workshop the participant acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Workshop. The participant waives and releases the Workshop from any claim for losses, damages, injury or death. Each participant will be required to sign a confirmation of this waiver and release prior to participation in the Workshop.
